Although it is wonderful that the web provides plenty of reputable resources for new guinea pig owners, there are also a number of websites that give blatantly wrong or outdated information. Please do not accept that everything on the web about cavies is accurate. In fact, some books have very old information that is no longer accepted by the guinea pig community.
